She leads projects end-to-end—from the first spark of an idea to a fully realised launch—guided by a sharp understanding of audience intent and brand needs.

Debadrita Ghosh a seasoned creative professional with over 15 years of experience in the film and media industry. A graduate in Film and Literature, she has built a reputation as a visionary storyteller and dynamic leader.
Her career includes co-founding Bard, a production company, in 2015, and later establishing Anecdote Films in collaboration with Indraneel Lotlikar. She has also collaborated with Samsara Films and partnered with OTT platforms to drive innovation in content creation.
A pioneer in the short video space, Debadrita was part of the core team that launched HiPi on ZEE5. Today, she continues to work across both long- and short-format storytelling, bringing her signature energy and focus to every project.

With close to a decade of experience in the film industry, Indraneel Lotlikar has developed a sharp eye for storytelling and a deep understanding of production, working alongside esteemed directors like Rahul Dholakia, Amit Sharma, and Leena Yadav. Having worked as an Associate and 1st Assistant Director on projects spanning small to large budgets and produced various kinds of shows, Indraneel combines hands-on set expertise with strong script insight.
His keen ability to balance creative vision with fiscal discipline has proven invaluable, consistently ensuring projects are executed efficiently without compromising quality. Passionate about all aspects of filmmaking, Indraneel is dedicated to bridging the gap between vision and budget, producing films that truly maximize their potential.
